Honestly
Who vacuums their tile floor? Apparently my upstairs neighbors like to. At 11 o'clock at night. And they aren't the first of our upstairs neighbors to do it. I never realized how loud running a vacuum across a tile floor is. That is until I moved here 5 years ago.

I vacuum my floor, but I don't sweep it often. I have a Bissel Flip It mop / vac thing that works pretty well. However, if I was still in an apartment / condo, I wouldn't do it after nine at night.
